No minimum purchase is required for complimentary U.S. delivery.
Please note STJOHNKNITS.COM currently ships to United States addresses only.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, all STJOHNKNITS.COM purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. St. John is not responsible for unanticipated delays.
A complimentary return label is included in every package in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

STJOHNKNITS.COM Return Policy
St. John gladly accepts returns of merchandise purchased directly from STJOHNKNITS.COM that are in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with the original tags attached. In addition, jewelry must also have all protective materials in place. Products showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted. Exchanges/Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Please note STJOHKNITS.COM does not offer price adjustments on any full-price and/or sale merchandise.
Returns by Mail
St. John is pleased to offer return service via UPS in order to ensure a quick, convenient return service. To return your package via UPS follow these steps:
- Please pack the item(s) in the condition they were received.
- Fill in the return form located on the bottom of the packing slip that was delivered with your item(s) and send it back with the merchandise you are returning. Please return the packing slip and make a copy for your records. Not including the return form will delay the process.
- Affix the prepaid UPS label to your package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest authorized UPS shipping outlet. You can find the nearest authorized UPS shipping out by visiting UPS.com/drop-off. By using our prepaid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at UPS.com.
You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. You will receive a credit to your credit card within 10 business days for items returned. Allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept C.O.D.
If you have lost or misplaced your return label, please contact a Client Services Representative at (877) 750-1171 or email us at email@example.com for a replacement shipping label. You may also return the package via U.S. mail at your own cost. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, if possible. Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of order.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of STJOHNKNITS.COM or because of quality issues, we will send a replacement item(s) once we have received the original item(s). The replacement order will be sent via Standard Delivery.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. For STJOHNKNITS.COM exchanges, simply return your item and repurchase it.
Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges to Retail Locations
All of our St. John Boutiques accept returns in person with the original packing slip and original form of payment.
Returns to a St. John Boutique will be offered an in-boutique exchange, a boutique credit, or a return to the original form of payment only if available. PayPal® returns will be offered an exchange or boutique credit. Sale items purchased online may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. In addition, we can offer check refund that will be mailed to your home. St. John Outlets and St. John Authorized Retailer locations will NOT accept returns from STJOHNKNITS.COM.
Returning a Gift
When returning a gift from STJOHNKNITS.COM at a St. John Boutique, item can be exchanged for an item of equal value, receive boutique credit or returned to the originally form of payment.
