Return Policy

St. John Boutiques

St. John will gladly accept unworn, unaltered merchandise with hang tags attached for exchange or refund to the original form of tender within 30 days of purchase. Gowns may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Sale merchandise may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns over $200 made by cash or check will be refunded via corporate check within 10 to 15 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned merchandise. Price adjustments of any kind will not be made.

Altered items are final sale. Alterations must be retrieved or delivered within 30 days of notice. Unclaimed merchandise will be shipped to the address of record.

Telephone Orders

If you made a purchase via telephone through any St. John Boutique and items were shipped directly to you, all returns must go back to the original Boutique where purchased. Please note you must contact the Wardrobe Specialist who assisted you with your purchase to initiate your return request. They will be happy to assist you by providing a return label and further instructions for the return. St. John Outlet

St. John will issue a refund or exchange for most items returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase with hangtags attached and the original receipt. Refunds for full price garments will be issued to the original credit card or by corporate check for other forms of tender. Checks issued within 10 business days. Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. No price adjustments given.

Jewelry, accessories, shoes, altered items and items marked 50% off or higher are final sale.

Alterations must be claimed within 30 days of notice. Unclaimed goods will be shipped to the address of record.

International Shipping Policy

In addition to regular shipping fees, international shipments are also subject to import taxes, tariffs, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, and fees, which are determined once a shipment reaches the destination country.

You are responsible for any such additional charges. St. John has no control over these charges, nor can St. John predict what they may be.

You will be required to pay these additional charges to the shipping carrier upon receipt of the product. If the due charges are not paid at the time of order delivery, the merchandise will be returned to St. John.
