Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing:
- We do our best to ship out every order within 1-2 business days except for weekends and holidays.
- Once shipped from our facility delivery times will vary based on shipping method selected at Check-Out
- Orders valued over $2000 will require signature for delivery.
- We are not responsible for any delays outside of our control (i.e. inclement weather, carrier issues, customs processing)
- Once an order has been placed, St. John Knits is unable to modify the delivery date or delivery location. For any delivery changes, we recommend using UPS My Choice services.
UPS My Choice:
- UPS My Choice is a complimentary service provided by UPS that allows you to conveniently track and manage your home deliveries in one place.
- You’ll receive delivery notifications and alerts, helping you stay informed about when your package is expected to arrive.
- UPS My Choice allows you to request delivery adjustments, including rescheduling delivery dates, changing delivery locations, or holding a package for pickup.
- Please note that any delivery changes made through UPS My Choice may void St. John Knits’ liability if an order is lost, stolen, or damaged because of the change, unless the adjustment is specifically authorized by our Customer Service Team.
Delivery:
- Free ground shipping on U.S. orders
- Expedited Shipping can be selected at check out for $20.
- All purchases are shipped via UPS.
- Purchases may not be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses that are not serviced by UPS.
- We cannot schedule weekend or holiday deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.
Price Adjustments:
- If requesting a price match for an online order, you must be able to provide a functioning link to the item on the competitor's website. The item must be available at the competitor’s website along with our website.
- If we mark down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your order date.
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment that was used to purchase the item online.
- Please note that if your price adjustment brings the item to 40% off or more of the original price it will be considered a Final Sale and no longer eligible for a return.
- Price adjustments are not applicable to items purchased during limited-time sales, final sales, extra savings events, or other special promotions. To see if you are eligible for a price adjustment, please contact a Client Services Representative at clientservices@sjk.com
