But, the use of UPS MyChoice service represents and warrants that St. John Knits, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind unless a customer is fully authorized by St. John in advance of its use on a package being shipped by St. John. Otherwise, by selecting the UPS MyChoice service to alter St John's delivery instructions, including, without limitation, to redirect the delivery of a package to an alternate address, to delay delivery, to authorize release of a package (including using UPS MyChoice to release a signature required delivery initiated by St. John), changing a service level selected by St. John or to reschedule delivery, St. John shall not be liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind.
