All purchases are shipped via UPS. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. St. John is not responsible for unanticipated delays.

A complimentary return label is included in every package in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns on Full Price Styles ordered today are extended to Jan 31, 2024. are for Dec 14-Dec 31st ordered Full Price Products.

Weekend Delivery is not offered. Packages will not be delivered on a holiday should the holiday fall on a weekday.

UPS MyChoice:
St. John uses UPS for domestic deliveries as well as UPS's signature required service on high value orders. St. John customers are free to use the UPS MyChoice service. But, the use of UPS MyChoice service represents and warrants that St. John Knits, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind unless a customer is fully authorized by St. John in advance of its use on a package being shipped by St. John. Otherwise, by selecting the UPS MyChoice service to alter St John's delivery instructions, including, without limitation, to redirect the delivery of a package to an alternate address, to delay delivery, to authorize release of a package (including using UPS MyChoice to release a signature required delivery initiated by St. John), changing a service level selected by St. John or to reschedule delivery, St. John shall not be liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind.

Stjohnknits.com Return Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your St. John purchase. In the event that you need to return something, St. John gladly accepts returns of regular price merchandise.

Please note that all returns must adhere to the following conditions to qualify for a refund:


  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.
  • All items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered).
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Jewelry must have all protective materials in place.
  • Gowns must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • Fully complete the return form and include this in your package along with the product(s) you are returning.
  • Final Sale merchandise – including items discounted at 40% off or higher, masks and any other items indicated as “Final Sale” at StJohnKnits.com are not eligible for return or exchange. This applies to Outlet products as well. All Final Sale products are indicated on the website via the product detail page and in the shopping cart. Final Sale items will also be noted on your return form included in your package.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • All items sent back for return are subject to a full inspection upon delivery. St. John reserves the right to decline a return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased anywhere other than STJOHNKNITS.COM.
  • If you made a purchase through one of our St. John Boutiques in store or over the phone, all returns must go back to the original Boutique where purchased.
  • If there is evidence that the product was damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care no later than 48 hours after receipt of the order at 877-750-1171 or clientservices@sjk.com.

  • Exchanges


    • We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the desired item at stjohnknits.com

    • Price Adjustments


      • If we mark down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your order date. Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment that was used to purchase the item online. Please note that if your price adjustment brings the item to 40% off or more of the original price it will be considered a Final Sale and no longer eligible for a return. Price adjustments are not applicable to items purchased during limited-time sales, final sales, extra savings events, or other special promotions.       • Returns and Exchanges to Retail Locations


        • You are welcome to take your return into any of our St. John Boutiques with the original packing slip and original form of payment.
        • Regular price merchandise can be refunded to the original form of payment.
        • Sale items purchased online are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
        • St. John Outlets and St. John Authorized Retailer locations will NOT accept returns from STJOHNKNITS.COM.
        • When returning a gift to a St. John Boutique, item can be exchanged for equal value, receive store credit or refunded to the original form of payment.

        Returns by Mail


        St. John is pleased to offer free return service via UPS in order to ensure a quick, convenient return service. To return your package please follow these steps:

        1. Please pack the item(s) in the condition they were received using the original box and packing materials, if possible.
        2. Fully complete the return form and include this in your package along with the product(s) you are returning.
        3. Affix the prepaid UPS label to your package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
        4. When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest authorized UPS shipping outlet. You can find the nearest authorized UPS shipping out by visiting UPS drop off.
        5. If you have lost or misplaced your return label, please contact a Client Services Representative at (877) 750-1171 or email us at client services for a replacement shipping label.
        6. You may also return the package via U.S. mail at your own cost. If you chose to do so, the package should be shipped and insured to:

        7. St. John Knits is not responsible for lost packages returned using shipping methods other than the ones we have provided.

          Upon receipt of your return, you will receive an e-mail notification once the return has been processed. Please note your return will take up to 5-7 business days to reach our facility and approximately up to 10 business days to process once received. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.
